Refund Policy

At Educare Institute of Emerging Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality training programs and ensuring the best learning experience for our students. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. No Refund Policy

All course fees are non-refundable once the payment has been made.
Fees paid towards online, offline, or blended training programs cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all types of payments, including full course fees, installment payments, and registration fees.

2. Course Cancellation & Rescheduling

While we maintain a No Refund Policy, we do offer flexibility in the following cases:

If a batch is postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be given the option to enroll in the next available batch.
In case of medical emergencies or unavoidable personal circumstances, students may request a course deferment to the next available session. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Transferability of Fees

The course fees cannot be transferred to another person or student once payment has been made.
Students cannot switch to a different course after enrollment unless approved by the institute management.

4. Refund Exceptions (if any)

In cases where Educare Institute of Emerging Technologies cancels a course entirely, students may receive a full refund or credit towards another course.
If an error in payment processing occurs (e.g., duplicate payments), the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
